Brand Story
Brand Story
The tragedy of the lovers of Verona, written by William Shakespeare, was to inspire the name, Romeo y Julieta, of this brand of Habanos created in 1875.
Over the years, the brand has established itself as one of the best-known and best-loved Habanos. This reputation is largely due to the legendary "Churchill" vitola.
Winston Churchill was one of Romeo y Julieta's most ardent devotees. During his visit to Havana in 1946, his name was not only the subject of a commemorative ring, but was also attributed to one of the brand's most famous models, the Churchill.
Description
Description
The Romeo y Julieta Cedros de Luxe from Habanos S.A. is a brand-new vitola, available exclusively at La Casa del Habano. The Gordito vitola measures 140 mm in length with a 50 ring gauge. Until now, this format was reserved for the San Cristóbal brand, where it was known as La Fuerza.
The elegant and aromatic blend of the Romeo y Julieta Cedros de Luxe is naturally made from the finest tobaccos of Cuba’s Vuelta Abajo region, offering aficionados a sublime experience of around 60 minutes. A second band on the cigar identifies it as a La Casa del Habano exclusive.
Only a small, fixed – but undisclosed – quantity of these cigars is produced each year, which explains their great popularity among aficionados and collectors.
