In 1882, Antonio Allones, drawing on 30 years of experience in the world of Habanos, created a new brand that he decided to specialize in premium, high-priced, high-quality cigars. Confident in his vision and unbothered by false modesty, he named it El Rey del Mundo ("The King of the World"). His gamble paid off.

The brand’s success endures thanks to a carefully curated selection of vitolas, rightly renowned among aficionados for their moderate strength and rich aroma.

All vitolas under the brand are made with tobacco grown in the Vuelta Abajo region and are Totalmente a Mano, Tripa Larga (entirely handmade, long filler).
