Quai d'Orsay No. 50

Quai d'Orsay is a brand designed specifically for the French market. Created in the 1970s, it takes its name from the famous quays along the Seine in Paris.

All its vitolas, which are designed to be light, are made from a combination of leaves from the Vuelta Abajo region and dressed in Claro (wax) or Colorado Claro (light brown) capes. All are Totalmento a Mano, Trip Larga (entirely handmade, long filler).

This Petit Robusto is very pleasing to the eye, wrapped in a perfectly stretched Colorado wrapper with a perfect tripe. Raw, the aromas offer notes of damp earth and black pepper. After an easy lighting, the first puffs are generous, the smoke carrying notes of cocoa and nuts. The whole is harmonious and perfectly balanced. With each puff, our vitola gains in strength and flavour. The very virile third third is dense, balsamic and spicy. A cigar with great personality.
