Montecristo Short Humidor Year of the Snake

Montecristo is, without a doubt, the most famous and universally appreciated Habanos brand. The brand takes its name from the hero of Alexandre Dumas’ famous novel, The Count of Monte Cristo, a story that was especially popular among the torcedores (cigar rollers) at the factory in Havana where the brand was established in 1935. Initially, the Montecristo range was limited to five vitolas, simply numbered from 1 to 5. Over the years, and in order to better meet the desires of the most discerning aficionados, other sizes were launched—from the majestic Montecristo A to the delicate little Joyitas and the magnificent ‘Edmundo’. The Montecristo ligada (blend), which is particularly well balanced, is made exclusively from leaves carefully selected and grown in the Vuelta Abajo region, home to the world’s finest tobacco. Its refined aromas and distinctive, fairly powerful flavor will appeal both to newcomers and seasoned cigar lovers alike.

The Montecristo Short Humidor “Year of the Snake” is a strictly limited special edition released to commemorate the Chinese Year of the Snake 2025. The bright yellow lacquered wooden humidor is adorned with intricate ornaments and a red snake motif a symbol of wisdom, prosperity, and longevity. Only 13,480 pieces were produced worldwide, each individually numbered.
