H.Upmann Half Corona

The brand's namesake, Hermann Upmann, was the son of a Bremen banker who founded this famous cigar factory in Havana in 1844. After some difficult years, the factory had to be sold in 1937, but today it still guarantees top quality and produces light, medium-sized Havana cigars, with a significant export component. The tobacco comes exclusively from the Vuelta Abajo region. Incidentally, H. Upmann was John F. Kennedy's favourite brand.

The little H. Upmann Half Corona was presented in 2011 at the Habanos Festival. This short cigar fits in perfectly with the brand's typical H. Upmann flavours. Woody and nutty aromas, fruity notes and a creamy consistency make the Half Corona a fully-fledged Havana for short, intense consumption.
