Cohiba Lanceros

Cohiba is the flagship brand of Havana cigars. Created in 1966 for Fidel Castro himself, the brand was manufactured in the greatest secrecy at the time, and is now produced in the world-famous El Laguito factory. Originally, Cohiba cigars were only available outside Cuba as gifts for visiting heads of state and diplomats. The leaves for the Cohiba brand are the ‘crème de la crème’ of the five Vegas Finas de Primera, the best plantations in the San Juan y Martinez and San Luis regions. These two sites are both located in the Vuelta Abajo tobacco production area par excellence. The ‘1492’ line was created to celebrate each of the centuries that have passed since Christopher Columbus discovered Cuba in 1492.

The incomparable expertise of Cuban torcedores, combined with the rigorous selection of the island’s finest tobaccos, gives rise to true cigar masterpieces. The finest wrapper and carefully selected filler ensure an authentically Cuban flavor, delivering a rich and refined smoking experience.
