The following general terms and conditions of sale are mandatorily presented to all customers visiting our website lacasadelhabano-geneve.com. The buyer must read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale before confirming their order.
Shipping and Delivery Fees
We do not ship Cuban cigars to the United States (USA) or any country under its jurisdiction. A minimum purchase of CHF 100 is required to place an order on our website.
In Switzerland: Free shipping from CHF 100, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days.
In Europe: Shipping costs are CHF 25, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.
Outside Europe (except the USA): Shipping costs are CHF 48, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 15 business days.
La Casa del Habano Geneve is not liable for delays or customs fees applied on international deliveries outside of Switzerland. If a parcel is returned to us by the carrier due to the buyer’s failure to claim it, the customer may request a reshipment at their own expense. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Returns and Complaints
Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving the goods. In the case of a return due to an incorrect address and products being in perfect condition, La Casa del Habano Genève will reship the items at the buyer’s expense. For returns involving complaints, you must provide the following within 24 hours of receipt:
A video of the sealed parcel showing any visible damage,
A video of any damaged internal contents,
A photo showing the order number and delivery date.
Please do not open the internal packaging of the products, especially the plastic wrap around the cigars or cigar boxes.
